Happy New Year!

Okay, okay, I know it's been 2009 for a month now, but Chinese New Year was just last week and I couldn't resist posting this corny video from the 80s.

Video Time!

Cooky Germans!

This is so funny! It's called: "New Advert Cadbury's Dairy Milk: Eyebrow Dance"

Yay! Obama keeps his PDA! When are they going to get their puppy anyway...

This is just beautiful. "Her Morning Elegance"

Then there's this beautiful piece of hilarity that I came across in my early days on the popular video sharing site called "YouTube."

Michelle Obama

Who all watched yesterday's inauguration? I did!
How freaking amazing are the Obamas, seriously? Though at the time of the election, I was a member of the McCain camps, I have officially been caught up in Obama-mania. I am collecting everything I can touch Obama-wise lately and keeping them for my archives.

I LOVE Michelle Obama. She. is. FANTASTIC. Pictures speak more than words:

Before.

After!

How adorable. I wonder how long it takes to do the Obama girls' hair for all the public events.

I love this outfit. The belt. The pearls. The dress. ;)

Hmmm... I only watched SATC for the fashion (I hated the rest) so I find these outfits strangely similar.

Bam! Power color! I love the pearls paired with the A-symmetrical dress.

I know Michelle's tall, but Hillary looks short in this photo. Either way, I love the simplicity of her outfit in this picture in comparison to Mrs. Clinton.

I don't remember the specific designer who this dress is by, but it looks a lot like the one I saw in H&M a few weeks ago. I wish I'd bought it after all...

Ahhh! I love this photo! I think it is possibly my most favorite picture of the couple pre-inauguration.

The First Lady looked so regal in this 'lemon grass' getup. I first saw her in the morning walking out of the Church. She looked delicate yet powerful. As many reporters were saying, she was radiant.

And finally, for the event we've all been waiting for, her GOWN!

It's so pretty. When I first saw it on TV it was from a poor camera so I thought it actually looked cheap. When they went closer in though, WOW. It is gorgeous. Frothy. Grecian. Perfect.

Jason was an excellent choice for designer. He's so chic. I would totally wear this dress by him.

Hi, Folks!

Just thought I'd check in. Life's been immensely busy as of late. I wanted to make sure nobody thought I'd died or anything. Talking about dying on the Internet, I could go off on a huge tangent on that.... at a later time. So, this month, I got used to having a puppy, celebrated by birthday, and studied for finals. Finals. Disgusting. My finals start this Tuesday so I'm catching up on PotterCast while making study guides.
Just checking in, more posts are on the way...eventually.
